The Thibert family have owned their estate for 7 generations, & is now managed by the brother-&-sister team of Christophe & Sandrine. They have a total of 29 hectares of mainly village-appellation vineyards across the Pouilly & Mâcon districts. Fermented in steel except for 10% of the blend which is fermented in oak, this is a crisp & fruity Chardonnay with very subtle suggestions of nutty oak influence & an enduring minerality. Partner with all poultry dishes, or delicate white fish such as baked cod.
