Product Description

This Domaine only began commercial production in 1967, although it had been owned for 6 generations by the same family of winemakers. Now headed by 7th generation winemaker Christophe Thibert & his sister, Sandrine, who have produced estate-bottled wines since 1991. A fruit-driven white Burgundy, with an emphasis on crisp citrus flavours, & a touch of minerality. Only 10% of the blend is matured in oak, adding a subtle hint of extra complexity & texture. At its best with delicate white fish dishes, such as poached salmon or baked cod.
