Product Description

This, the second wine of Chteau Montrose, made from an atypical 82% Merlot & 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, is closed at present, but what is on show is attractive. violets & crushed blackberry fruit on the nose with firm tannins & a rich texture in the mouth, with attractive weight & acidity. The high Merlot content gives this a silky feel, unusual for this property.
