This wine comes from several selected vineyard sites across the Côtes de Gascogne, & is vinified by Rigal, one of the regions most well-established producers, founded in 1755. The name refers to passion fruit, one of the noted characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. An invitingly fresh nose of grapefruit, tinged with subtle grassy aromas & softer, more tropical fruit notes. Elegant & crisp, the palate is awash with refreshing citrus character. Best enjoyed with simple seafood dishes, white fish or as a refreshing aperitif.
