This is a blend of 85% Carmenere, complemented by small amounts of Cabernet & Syrah, from h&-harvested vineyards in Colchagua. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation, then 60% is aged in French oak for 12 months before reblending. Achieving a happy balance between youthful fruit & savoury undertones, this wine is at once lively, supple, smooth & rich, with notes of blackberry, red peppers & spice on the finish. Drink now or keep for up to 5 years. Enjoy with cured meats or well-seasoned steak.
