Product Description

From a tiny boutique winery in the up-&-coming McLaren Vale region. This area has a climate similar to Bordeaux except, in the words of one winemaker, it never rains & it's never frosty. Lively citrus & zest flavours together with light tropical fruits & white peach, displaying tight acidity on the superbly balanced palate & a great length of flavour. An excellent partner to creamy chicken dishes. Will keep for another 3-5 years.
