The hallmark of the award winning Jackson Estate winery is an unstinting devotion to quality. Made according to traditional Burgundian techniques, this effort proves that Pinot Noir, as well as Sauvignon Blanc, belongs in Marlborough. Reveals ripe berries, spices, & earthy aromas with well integrated oak, concentrated & textured on the palate with lots of luscious fruit, a whisper of smoke leads to a satisfying finish. Will continue to develop for up to 6 years & go well with most game dishes.
