Jackson Estate makes the Somerset from h&-picked grapes on a tiny vineyard that has heavy clay soils & a cool climate. The result is a Waihopai River Pinot Noir that takes on the best red Burgundy. But less than 300 cases are made only in the very best years. Expect an intense, concentrated red-fruit character, aromas of rose petal & violet & hints of spice.
