The first certified organic wine from Isabel Estate, this Pinot Gris was made by harvesting their vineyard in two portions around a week apart, the respective portions bringing freshness & additional ripeness to the finished wine. Lush & invigorating, bursting with aromas of nectar, rose petals & delicate spice, over a backdrop of apple & peach fruit. Rounded in the mouth, with a gentle viscosity & sweetly tropical notes. Provides a perfect foil for salty meat dishes such as baked ham or smoked sausages.
