Part of our Pop-Up Cellar sourced by Lay & Wheeler. Approx. 30% of this wine was aged in new oak, which has been beautifully judged. The nose has a delicate perfume, with notes of citrus, candied lemon peel & oyster shell. The palate possesses gorgeous citrus fruit, which overlays a more mineral & savoury background. There is a lovely tension about this wine, which combined with its excellent concentration & balance, make this a terrific wine.
