Product Description

This Cabernet is a typical example of Coonawarra's famous medium-bodied, intensely fruity & fragrant style. It comes from one of Leconfield's three mature vineyard blocks in Coonawarra, first planted in 1974, & has been matured with minimal oak contact. Made in a deliberately fruit-forward style, offering inky blackcurrant & plum fruit, accented with hints of cedar & fresh leaves. Ripe & elegant, with long, soft tannins. Enjoy immediately or cellar for 4-6 years to allow greater aromatic maturation.
