This wine is made from young Pinot Noir vines grown in a biodynamically-farmed vineyard in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin. No pesticides or herbicides are used. The wine is made with minimal human intervention & native yeasts, for a true expression of the grape. Youthful aromas of raspberry & blackberry fill the nose, while the palate is juicy, supple, & polished by 17 months in cask. Tannins are fine but firm. Drink with white meats or game birds.
