Black volcanic soil over limestone with vines running east to west to avoid over exposure; this is the most delicate of the three By Farr Pinots. 50% whole bunch fermentation with careful use of oak has given a classic dark cherry feel with a meaty, herbal complexity. Nicely textured & good weight.
