Product Description

Award-winning winemaker Adi Badenhorst acquired the Kalmoesfontein estate in 2008, but its vines date mainly from the 1950's & 1960's. This white's grape varieties are vinified separately before blending to create the desired style. A predominantly citrus & white fruit character underpins this wine, while layers of apricot, ginger & tropical fruit provide complexity. The Semillon component adds palate texture & length. Drink with all poultry in cream & herb sauces.
