Product Description

Made from fruit sourced from vineyards in Victoria, where temperatures are typically slightly warmer than in Burgundy, but cooler than Bordeaux. Coupled with relatively warm fermentation temperatures, this produces a soft & fleshy Pinot Noir. Made for early drinking, this is an open & generously textured Pinot Noir, with warm & jammy red fruit flavours, together with soft tannins & medium body. At its best with duck or rabbit dishes. Also try with turkey or whole salmon.
