Miguel Torres's winery was founded in 1979 by the famous Torres family of Spain, & is among those leading the sustainable viticulture movement in Chile. This unusual wine is sourced from Itata Valley, one of Chile's southernmost wine regions. As the name suggests, this is a summery wine full of bright & juicy white grape, floral & gently tropical aromas. A tiny hint of residual sweetness gives it a round, easy-going feel. The perfect accompaniment for ceviche & other flavoursome seafood salads.
