Jean-Luc Colombo was a pioneering winemaker & consultant who, since the early 1980s, has been responsible for introducing many modern winemaking & viticultural techniques to the Rhône including organic farming methods & de-stemming. Bright & youthful violet colour, with an unmistakable hint of wild thyme on the nose, complementing the raspberry & plum fruit. Ripe & sweet fruit are balanced by drying, grippy tannins. Best served with a comforting casserole, or slow-cooked oxtail.
