Clos de Mont-Olivet is owned by Les Fils de Joseph Sabon. Joseph Sabons three sons are running the domain. They have 25 hectares of Chteauneuf-du-Pape & 15 hectares of Côtes-du-Rhône. Vibrant & brimming with ripe black cherry & plenty of dark fruit. Wonderfully complex with elegant ripe tannins & a long, sweet fruit finish. A great accompaniment to game or rich hearty food.
