Product Description

Part of our Pop-Up Cellar sourced by Lay & Wheeler. 50 year old vines & much more clay in the soil of this small parcel set inside the Gramolere vineyard. To be able to buy a cru of this quality at this price is fantastic; we later tasted the 98, which is just perfect today. The 2008 has a ripe, but dense tannic structure, with a core of blue fruit & soft mineral characters. This is a big wine which needs time, but is already showing its class.
