Product Description

Natale Verga is the fourth-generation owner of the Verga family estate which was founded in 1895. This wine comes from grapes sourced from an 11-hectare estate owned by the Gomba family, & has been matured for 24 months in French oak casks. An inviting garnet colour, this wine offers a blackberry bouquet, accented with persistent notes of rose petal & subtle wood smoke. A warming palate with undertones of spice & graphite. A classic match for osso bucco or other slow-cooked beef dishes.
