Product Description

This rosé is made from 100% Malbec grapes grown in Mendoza's Uco Valley, at altitudes of around 4000ft. The harvested grapes undergo only 8 hours' maceration to extract just the right amount of colour, before cool fermentation & maturation without oak. Vibrantly pink, this is a lush & generous rosé, offering gluggable raspberry & blackcurrant fruit, with an added quince-like note. Well balanced acidity provides mouthwatering refreshment. Chill well & enjoy on its own, or try with sweetly spiced seafood dishes.
