Product Description

Alain Grignon has been involved in the production of Languedoc wine for nearly 30 years. Most of the grapes for this wine come from vineyards near Minervois in the North-East of the Languedoc. Fresh & dry with aromas of apricots & white peach, hints of elderflower & fresh pineapple & an underlying minerality. A refreshingly crisp acidity draws it all together beautifully. This richly flavoured wine would be fantastic served with spicy Thai dishes.
