Product Description

A blend of 80% Tempranillo & 20% Grenache this wine is macerated for several hours before the skins are removed & then fermented in stainless steel tanks. An attractive, pale pink colour with a pleasant bouquet of strawberries & raspberries mingling with fresh, floral notes. The palate is fresh & lively with mineral nuances & long-lasting fruit. Rich yet balanced on the palate, it makes an excellent match to typical Mediterranean cuisine, such as paella & lightly spiced dishes.
