The 2009 Champs Canet from Jean-Marc Boillot is a truly fantastic white wine that combines richness & elegance perfectly & should age well to become a stunning wine with crême fraîche, lemon zest & almonds flavours. A very delicate & feminine Puligny, it displays a beautifully silky mouthfeel with a flavour profile dominated by crème fraiche & a lemon zest tangy finish. An archetypal Puligny.
