Product Description

The high limestone content of the soils of Pouilly-Fuisse suits Chardonnay to perfection, creating wines with a crisp acidity & hint of minerality. This example is dry, fruity & a touch floral, with hints of honey & hazelnut on the nose. At its best with grilled or smoked fish, but will also pair very well with white meats including turkey & pork.
