Product Description

Grown on the east-facing slopes of Pern&-Vergelesses, where the soils high limestone content provides a great environment for growing nicely structured, elegant Chardonnay. Made in a traditional style, with partial oak fermentation, mainly in old oak barriques. Characterised by a streak of minerality that runs through both the nose & palate, adding a dash of complexity to the delicate citrus fruit. Faint honeysuckle notes soften the refreshing acidity. A natural partner for shellfish, or simple poultry dishes.
