Focusing on Barossa Valley fruit rather than sourcing grapes from all over Australia, the Red Wine Making Trial exhibits a spicy, savoury nose encompassing blueberry, blackberry & rosemary atop a roast beef element. The fleshy, opulent, long, lingering sensations on the palate rounded by subtle French Oak include dark chocolate, liquorice, espresso coffee, & spice. The 2006 RWT can be enjoyed in its youth, from 4 years old until well into its third decade!
