Hand-harvested from mature vines, the grapes are cool fermented before a brief maturation in French oak. Deep violet-tinged crimson, this wine offers a pleasing balance between youthful vigour and polished maturity. Bramble and cherry combine with lightly savoury spice and balsamic flavours.
