Mourvedre, Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah from Domaines Ott's Romassan estate have been blended together to create this classic red. The dominant Mourvedre gives this wine its spicy, animal personality & a generous bouquet of blackcurrant & morello cherry. It is rich in tannin, warm, & highly balanced. Makes for remarkable quaffing with beef ribs, spicy dishes & cheese.
