From one of our most popular southern French producers comes this lovely Chardonnay, produced on an estate in the Cevennes hills to the north of Nimes. The chalky soils here, coupled with the cooler high-altitude temperatures, produce wines of restraint & freshness. Delicate Golden Delicious apple flavours are delivered with a good dash of crispy acidity & a subtle nuttiness that makes this wine a great all-rounder. Balanced & refreshing. Pair this versatile white with almost anything, from salads to roasted fish & white meats.
