The warm days & cool evenings in Catena's high altitude vineyards allow a long ripening period & preserve the fruit's full range of aromas & flavours. This unoaked Viognier offers ripe apricot & delicate blossom notes. Light & crisp on the palate, with concentrated peach flavours. The finish is clean & refreshing with excellent natural acidity. Lightly chill & enjoy now with baked fish or alternatively with rabbit & spring vegetables.
