- In line with Government advice, it is mandatory for all guests to wear a face covering when visiting. Face coverings may be removed when sat down with drinks purchased from our bars & when visiting our open-air Skydeck on level 72. A face covering must be worn at all other times. BEFORE YOU VISIT
- If you have any symptoms of COVID 19 or have been in contact with someone who has COVID 19 please do not visit, please contact The View form the Shard customer services team & they will rebook your tickets for a future date. SOCIAL DISTANCE
- To help with social distancing on your visit they will have signs throughout the venue to help you stay a safe distance apart. Screens at till points, bars & shop will also ensure they can serve you safely.REDUCED CAPACITY -  The View from the Shard have reduced their capacity. This will allow them to ensure everyone is able to maintain social distancing & will provide a comfortable experience for everyone.15-MINUTE TIME SLOTS
- Arrival time slots will be allocated in 15-minute windows. This will reduce waiting, spread arrivals more evenly throughout the day & will allow for social distancing.CARD PAYMENTS ONLY
- The View from the Shard no longer accept cash payments. All payments you make in the gift shop, photo point, ticket desk & bars will need to be paid by card. The contactless limit throughout the venue is £45. They accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. ENHANCED HYGIENE -  When visiting please make use of the hand sanitiser stations available throughout the venue. Please also visit our loos-with-a-view on level 68; not only do they have superb views ideal for capturing an Instagram selfie, but they also have plenty of soap & hot water for hand washing too. They’ve also stepped up our cleaning regime, with more frequent & deeper cleans.ENJOY
