The Stiga Park Residence 4WD front deck lawn tractor is equipped with a single cylinder Briggs & Stratton engine which has hydrostatic (automatic) drive, articulated steering & is powerful enough to offer a choice of manual or electric cutter decks in width sizes from 95cm to 110cm which can be adjusted to 10 different cutting heights. The four wheel drive on the Park Residence enables the user to navigate slopes in dry or wet conditions & provide excellent traction for the machine. Due to the articulated chassis design the Park Residence rear wheels follow the front tracks precisely making it easy to maneuver through bushes, trees, flower beds etc & navigate around other garden obstacles. The Stiga Multiclip cutter decks offer the choice of rear discharging your grass clippings when using the mower in longer grass areas or 'multiclipping' or mulching the grass for shorter lawn areas where you cut regularly & require a more formal appearance. The Stiga Park Residence can be fitted with both the manually operated or electric height adjustable decks.
