Vines planted on ancient, perfectly drained terraces with excellent exposure to the sun ensure outstanding ripeness & flavour in the grapes, while roots have to dig deep for moisture & pick up the subtle minerality of the terroir. Winemaker Lionel Arnal is a champion of local varieties & fermented the wine cool for freshness, maturing it on its fine lees to add extra richness & a nutty complexity. superb with sauced fish or chicken dishes.
