Product Description

This top of the range Refosco is from the Fantinel family, who have been growing vines in the region for three generations. However, they only founded their cellar in 1998, determined to produce the finest top quality wines purely from native varieties. Their 22 hectares are located in the Colli Orientali
- where the best hillside slopes are found
- with particularly old vines, so flavours are especially concentrated. After partial drying for extra concentration & chocolaty richness, the grapes for this red were fermented in oak & further matured in barrel. This Rolls Royce treatment has produced a unique wine of great quality
- attested to by its success at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Enjoy with richly sauced meat dishes or roast pork.
