Product Description

Along with Piedmont, Tuscany is Italys most prestigious wine region & Chianti is its most famous red. After the Classico heartl&, Rufina is one of its finest areas. There youll find the Masi estate
- an ancient enclave of low yielding Sangiovese vines set among ancient olive trees & roamed by a few wild boar
- useful for tasty sausages! Paolo is now the third generation of his family to run the property &, in the words of wine guide Gambero Rosso, his wines show "irreproachably clean, fresh fruit & abundant personality". He works unstintingly in both the vineyard & the cellar to use the best methods to produce outstanding wines. His Chianti is a dream with pork casserole, meaty fish like tuna, or with a wild mushroom risotto.
