Yet having proved himself with punchy red wines like Shiraz, full throttle Durif & Merlot, Bill Calabria has turned his focus on doing just that. For the latest edition to his Westend Estate range, he turned to Riesling
- a variety that excels in Oz
- selecting finest top quality grapes from Hilltops, a trendy new region in New South Wales close to Canberra. There, the long growing season & minimal rainfall ensure a racy freshness & intensity. This temptingly tangy white goes down a treat with fresh seafood
