Unlike ordinary hoods, the budding shape of the Lorea enables unproblematic head-free working. You can always look in the rear pots without having to bend over or bump your head. The two-tier front panel with its contrasting middle section ensures that the powerful & economical 65W fan is always able to evacuate the kitchen vapours. The hood can handle up to 350cm³ of air in an hour with a low operating noise: under 60d B even at the highest level. Depending on the vapour volume there are three power levels available for operation of the fan
- low, medium & high. The Lorea is easily controlled via a 5-button touch panel on the right side of the front panel. Here you can also switch on a light to illuminate the pots & pans from the top & grant enlightening insights to avid pot gazers. With its elegant front made from special hardened glass, the Klarstein Lorea cooker hood exudes a fresh shine that fits in beautifully with modern kitchens while also serving as a luxurious counterpoint in more classic environments. The shiny black front contrasts nicely with the brushed stainless steel pull-out chimney, which invisibly hides the exhaust hose within. The central front flap can be opened at all times for easy cleaning. The built-in aluminium grease filter is located hidden underneath, & can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher or with a grease solvent. The Lorea cooker hood is 60cm wide & mounted on the wall above the cooker. The necessary brackets & a flexible exhaust hose are supplied with the unit. What hood is suitable for my kitchen?A cooker hood should circulate about 9-12 times the air of the kitchen per hour in continuous operation. To test, simply calculate the volume of your kitchen (area x height) & then multiply it by 12. The result is the minimum exhaust capacity that your hood should have (m ³/h). For example: a kitchen with a 3m x 4m footprint & 2.5m ceiling height would need a hood with a minimum exhaust capacity of 360m ³/h (3 x 4 x 2.5 x 12).
