The rest is done by the 520 W cooker, whcih has a maximum temperature deviation of 0.5 °C during the whole cooking time. This makes precise low-temperature cooking fun! Through the transparent lid, the food can be observed the whole time during the wellness treatment. No what is to be cooked, the cooking time table in the annual help you to select the right temperature between 45 & 90 °C & the length of the cooking time. The latter can be set in 30 minute increments for up to 72 hours. A blue LCD shows the selected temperature & count down the cooking time during operation.
