This doesn’t mean that the Lumberjack is a grill just for the rough: vegetables, mushrooms or fish can also be deliciously tanned & grilled so that all barbecue connoisseurs can get their money’s worth. The powerful heating element of the Klarstein Lumberjack grill can be adjusted between 2000 & 2300 watts. The graduations on the stepless rotary switch help you to select the precise desired temperature. The more than 1400cm² large grill plate made from die-cast aluminium ensures an even distribution of heat, so that even in the peripheral areas of the grill zone, everything is nicely crispy. The surface is split into two areas: one half is ribbed for typical grilling with grill stripes, while the other half is a flat Teppenyaki-style grill perfectly suited for vegetables & fish as well as crêpes or pancakes. The non-stick coating of the grill ensures that nothing bakes onto it, which is very helpful when cleaning after use. It also means that no additional oil or grease is necessary for frying, enabling healthy, low-calorie cooking. Excess fat from the food is also channeled into a grease drip tray at the bottom of the grill, where it may be easily disposed of.
