I waited 3 weeks to be told that my order must have gone astray so I ordered an alternative as the original item was not in stock. Then a week later my second alternative order arrived as did the original order. I now have enough vitamin C for the next year. We very rarely have orders go astray. Our postal service and couriers, in general, are fantastic at delivering to us so I can only imagine that the problem with the first order was in the UK and not France. I do not want hassle when I order goods. I want them to arrive on time without any worry to me. If you offer the service you should be able to fulfil it, even in these difficult times. Please ensure your systems are robust enough to cope.
