Cartilage is a connective tissue which amongst other things helps to protect your joints by acting as a cushion between them. It is not as hard as bone and can wear away over time. Chondroitin helps to draw fluid into your joint cartilage.

Our regular-strength combination tablet provides a FULL 500mg of Glucosamine Sulphate alongside 100mg of our high-grade Chondroitin Sulphate, in an easy-to-swallow shaped tablet form.

Service rating: Delivery was very speedy. Faster than other companies selling Vits. Ordering was easy although this time I forgot to add the 10% discounts on this particular item which wasn't too clear to me. Packets of vits small enough to go through letter box in my front door. Well priced items.
