About the Super Ellipse Dining Table Together with the Swedish designer Bruno Mathsson Piet Hein designed a super ellipse shaped dining table. The smooth rounded corners make it possible to accommodate extra guests around the table when needed & Hein believed that this shape was both the most practical & the most aesthetically pleasing of all geometric shapes. Held up by a strong metal structure, this table comes in two sizes & can therefore be applied to any modern interior. To see other iconic dining tables, click here.
