About the PK63A Coffee Table The PK63A Coffee Table's frame is made from steel, & the table top was originally made out of marble. Steel was, to Kjærholm, as much a natural material as stone, leather or wood. This is evident in how he integrated the different materials, & it is particularly noticeable in this piece of furniture. The PK63A does not need to be used as a coffee table, it might as well serve as a side table, storage area TV or stereo bench. History of the PK63A Coffee Table Created in 1968, the PK63A Coffee Table is one of Poul Kjærholm’s timeless furniture pieces.
