This oven uses Circo Therm to heat up the oven, by drawing in the air from the oven, heating that air up & forcing it back into the oven, by circulating the air around continuously, you achieve the temperature required much quick than a normal oven, meaning you can cook with almost no preheating required. There is a dedicated Dough Proving mode, which creates a warm, moist environment, perfect for proving yeast dough & at the same time improving the texture. The B57VS24N0B features the clever Slide & Hide system, which means you have easy access to the whole oven as the door once folded down slides away underneath, great if you are using the grill. Once you have finished cleaning, you can flick on the pyrolytic cleaning mode, which burns off any baking deposits, leaving you with a fine ash residue to just wipe away.
