All Purpose Red Wine Yeast
Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons).
This strain of wine yeast was selected from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand fermentations. It produces red wines which are well rounded & full of fruit flavours
- suitable for any style of red wine.
Directions for use:
Sprinkle sachet contents onto surface of juice, wait 15 minutes then stir.
Suitable for restarting stuck ferments. If your wine isn't fermenting correctly & the temperature conditions are correct, the yeast may have died. If no change in SG readings from a Hydrometer occur over several days, we recommend adding a sachet of All Purpose Wine Yeast to kick start the fermentation process.
