Sufficient for 22.5 litres (5 gallons) Pectic Enzyme not only helps with the prevention of pectin haze but also aids the extraction of juice & flavours from the fruit you are fermenting. Pectic Enzyme should ideally be added at the beginning of fermentation but if omitted can be added to cloudy wine after fermentation. Removes Pectin Aids Clearing Improves Colour
