Product Description

Sparkling White Wine Yeast sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons). Gluten Free This strain of wine yeast was selected from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand fermentations. It is intended for making Champagne with an exceptionally clean & fresh. Although selected for Champagne it is suitable for any sparkling white wine. Ideal for Elderflower Sparkling Wine. Please note this yeast is usually labelled ' Sparkling Wine Yeast' & no longer ' Champagne Yeast' for legal reasons but is exactly the same yeast as before, a wine cannot be called ' Champagne' unless made in the specific region in France
