The blue cousin was once a common wild flower in Britain but now is rarely found & protected under the Wildlife & Countryside Act. The dense straight bright white spikes make an excellent contrast to more traditional flower shapes in the summer, when positioned at the front of the border. Attractive to bees & butterflies & great for cutting. Prefers sun or part shade in moist well-drained soil. Height & spread 60cm (24"). Hardy perennial. Delivery June onwards.
