Product Description

These 8.5cm diameter Eco Coir Discs are the bigger brothers of the & like their seed sowing & propagation siblings are perfectly suited to raising young plants
- but the size of the discs also makes them ideal for creating potting compost for pots patio containers & planters trays troughs & hanging baskets. With the addition of water each disc swells up to form 500ml of natural coconut fibre-based compost & as the potting discs are sold in packs of 10 you'll be able to create 5 litres of well balanced
- the ph is typically between 5.0 & 6.5
- growing medium per pack. The coir growing discs can also be added to existing soil to improve the structure; the high air to water ratio is extremely important for healthy root development & you can grow with complete confidence knowing the Eco Coir Discs are free from weed seeds & diseases. These greenhouse & garden growing discs are ideal for garden allotment & greenhouse use & as the cocount fibre is a renewable resource you'll be doing the planet a favour as well!
